First Class Experience,
I don't write a lot of reviews but my recent experience with Steve Samosky was so positive I thought it would be a good iea to give him and his compay some recognition. I purchased what was for me a very large piece of construction equipment. I found the listing on line and made contact with Steve. From that initial conversation through the delivery of the machine he made every step easy. I purchased this machine over the phone and am many states away. Steve does an excellent job of communicating. His description of the machine and providing a full array of detailed photos assured me of the condition of the machine. When the machine arrived it was even better than I hoped for. While it may be a long time before I need something like this, it would be very hard not to want to deal with these folks again. If I could give them 6 or 7 stars I would.
You can tell these folks have built there business remembering it is the customer that writes the checks and being honest and communicating clearly is well established in their culture. I say well done and thank you.
There’s a genuine feeling that Kelbe Bros is there to help. They’re as much about people as they are machines.

I do not recommend this company. Steve in their billing department does not return calls and makes many mistakes on bills. Repairs always need to be repaired a second or even third time. They also do not do a lot of the work. They send it out and they don't inform you until you see the bill. They can't fix a tire leak they send it out for repair. They can't fix a radiator they send it out for repair. Steve told me my radiator was junk in a 2011New Holland 225 and a new one was $1000 after arguing there was nothing wrong with it I agreed to have it replaced but told them to not damage the radiator and I will keep it. There was no further communication from them but when the unit was delivered it did not have a new radiator it was repaired WOW. Of course when it came bake the coolant was quite low. I sent in a skid for a new battery they said battery fine needs alternator no I said just a battery. No they insisted it was the alternator. so they sent it out to be rebuilt and when they brought back the unit it would not start a tech came to the job site and said the battery is bad. duh!! to top it off the belt was slipping and had to be tightened and no it was the old belt and when it came back from getting the alternator rebuilt the hydraulic fluid was low. I could go on forever the bottom line is they don't care about the customer and my experience of their work performance is poor. This last time they brought back a skid the bucket would not move they delivered it back to me with a bad control switch even though it worked fine before it went there. Had to pay the techs hourly wage to drive out along with trip charge for him to repair. Go somewhere else

Horrible company. I bought a roller from them. when I started using it almost immediately the bearings went out inside the roller drum. As it turned out their factory trained technician had put the wrong oil inside the drum and this caused the bearing to fail. My Local dealer told me people try to put regular gear oil in the drum instead of the expensive specialty oil the manufacturer calls for. When I contacted kelbe brothers back they more less said it was my problem and even though they made the mistake they were not going to stand behind it. I wish I could score them less than one star but that is as low as it goes. Buyer beware!!!!!! Horrible folks to do business with.
The problem with the roller is from your guys using the wrong oil in the drum. If they are truly ingersol Rand trained they knew what oil they were suppose to be using. I understand the unforeseen nature of buying used equipment but Your guys caused the problem with this roller. And if you were truly sorry as you wrote in your reply you would have stood behind the work your factory certified techs did. Your company is dishonest and evidently so are you.
