Always a great place for tile. Service and selection are stellar. Staff is extremely knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about 21st Century Tile.

Be very careful of contractors they promote. Terrible experience. They only were interested in protecting the contractor. The delivery driver was hostile and rude to a disable individual. I would look else where

My wife and I had a terrific experience working with Julie. She was knowledgeable, quickly picked up on our tastes and budget, and was very helpful in getting us to a great choice on tiles and accents for our tub to shower conversion.

We just finished our bathroom remodel and couldn't be happier with the tile we purchased at 21st Century. Abby was such a big help in the selection process and the tile was ready and waiting when we needed it. We will definitely be back when our basement remodel is ready.

Honestly don’t even waste your time. My designer recommended them and it will be the last time she does that for any of her clients. We spent an entire afternoon choosing tile for my custom home. Weeks later I find out that all but one choice has been discontinued yet still on their showroom floor. The one choice that was current in production was on a 3 month back order. I spent another entire afternoon choosing tile yet again. This time- months later I find out that it’s discontinued again! The one tile that they had on a 3 month back order- never arrived! I have wasted countless hours not to mention money on my designer’s time to get absolutely nowhere. There are many good tile places in town. Trust me- do not waste your time here with 21st Century. I didn’t even mention the extremely poor customer service in regards to the troubles that I have experienced. Very poorly ran company for sure.

Have been here before with no complaints. Went there today to get some grout for my weekend project after checking hours online. Arrived at 12:45 and was told the showroom sells the grout and they are closed. The store hours said they close at 1 pm. Very frustrating driving 35 minutes to get there and not being able to buy a product that was there but they couldn’t sell me. My advice is keep your hours the same and avoid confusion! And I know you cater to contractors who know the hours but not everyone is a contractor.

Unfortunately we had a very negative experience. We selected tile and grout and went home to confirm our selections. When I called to order the tile, they had lost our form with all of our selections so I shared the copy they had given us. We then ordered our tile and grout, but the grout information never made it onto the final order form so it was not with our tile when our tiler picked up our order. When our tile was installed, the tile was cupping. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and said they could not back this particular tile. I went back to select a different tile - the tiler and I both called ahead with hopes that they could provide other options. Very little advice was offered and when I asked to talk with one of the guys from customer service I was told he was too busy with paperwork. We were beyond disappointed and went elsewhere to select new tile. Thankfully we had a very positive experience at the other location.
