Daltile doesn't sell tiles to direct public, so I am not sure if one star review comes from the expectations that Daltile is a store, which they are not. We do send our customers to Daltile when they need bigger selection than what we carry, but for the most part we accommodate most requests in our show room. We are remodeling company and we carry Daltile in our show room as well as few other brands. The quality of the tile is outstanding and support is great.

I read the 1 review for Daltile and was a little leery about going there, but our contractor said he found them always helpful. I'm glad our contractor had their back. We got there early for our appointment and someone else started showing us around to get us started. The designer was extremely helpful, we found some tile we liked and put everything together. She suggested an optional tile and after going home to look at both, her recommendation was much better. They have a huge selection and very helpful staff. I would highly recommend them.
