When I ordered my generator and installation , I was told there would be a 6 to 8 week wait. After 8 weeks with no response from Adam's I started calling them. 8 weeks took us to the middle of June. My generator wasn't installed until August. When they installed the generator, they removed my 200 Amp breaker panel and installed a smaller one. Be fore the installation all of my circuits worked. After the installation, I found my water heater wasn't working, and two of the breakers in the new panel kept tripping. I reported this to Adam's and they came two days later and fixed the problem. Today you sent me a $415.00 bill for what you did to fix the troubles you caused. I consider Adam's Electric to be criminal in the way Adam's operates.

Mike and Steve were very professional and organized. They had all the permits and coordinated with the local building and zoning inspector. They coordinated with the local utility. The were very personal and friendly. They answered my questions. They were very efficient I give them my highest recommendation I am a PE and licensed commercial building inspector myself so I was very pleased with these guys

The Adams team with Chris and Mike were outstanding! They arrived on time and not only did they keep us informed every step of the way, but we received emails and text on their planned arrival. We are glad we selected Adams for the complete package from start to finish, along with the options for maintenance and the mobile link. We are happy to know when our power goes out our family will be safe and we can stay in our home.

Had a great installation interaction with Adam’s Generator crew. Very professional, knowledgeable. my wife and I look forward to a good partnership with Adams generator in the future to keep our generator operating at peak levels The only bad issue I have, I’m sorry I must bring it up the salesman. We were having remodeling done in our basement, the salesman insisted on seeing the fuse box and where we wanted their power box located. I took him down to our basement and showed him the electrical box and an entire closet area that was dedicated to their power source, our electrical panel, as well as sump pit. I specifically asked the salesman if there was enough room to install their power source box, he stated yes. When the installers showed up today to put everything in, we were advised that their power source could not go in the enclosed area, that there was not enough space. So now I have a big ugly gray box attached to the outside of my house where anybody has access to it ?. Had the salesman been knowledgeable about the installation process, we could have changed the layout of the enclosed area. We could have rearranged the studs since nothing had been drywall yet. Then I wouldn’t have this big, ugly gray box sitting on my wall outside my house that anybody would have access to that could turn my generator on or off. I guess you could say this is partly our fault as the consumer, for not asking enough questions about the install. Again, I cannot stress enough outside of the salesman, lack of installation knowledge. The salesman did have a lot of knowledge about their product and how it actually worked, as well as how to properly size it for our house. With all this said, I would still highly recommend ADAM’s generator out of Green Bay, they worked with our busy schedule. They’re installers again we’re top-notch, actually worked out in the rain to get this generator installed. As I stated before, I look forward to a good customer relationship with the company. Thank you, bring on the next storm. We’re ready. ??
