The entire team at BBD is fantastic. We had a larger shade that needed fixing and they did it in less than a day. Very impressed with our overall experience and will definitely be back!

Had an issue with one of my Hunter Douglass Honeycomb Duette shades. Bed Bath and Drapery submitted my claim and since there were 4 shades side by side in the room, Hunter Douglass replaced all 4 so there would be no difference in appearance. Only 2 weeks from time of claim until professional install of my 4 replacement shades by Bed Bath and Drapery.

The designer came out and was prepared with the selections we suggested... and easily got us to the final choice. The install took too long... just because I was so excited to see them done ?. Can't recommend them enough! We used them for two window shades, one of which was quite large, and vertical blinds for our patio door. Thanks to the amazing showroom, free in-home measurements and design consultation, and professional installation, we couldn't be happier!
