From the beginning design considerations to the final product, Floor360 has done an amazing job! Angela and I spent weeks choosing flooring that would compliment my kitchen cabinets all the way to my natural wood floor (that I wasn't replacing). She was extremely patient and had a wealth of knowledge. The guys, Adam, Hector and more flooring crew worked efficiently and answered any and all of my concerns during the project. Job well done! Love my new floors!
We had a great experience with Floor 360. Amanda Oninski is a terrific designer and made sure the tile, carpet, and rugs were all installed on time and to our satisfaction. Great job, Amanda. It's all beautiful.

I had an outside carpet installation planned that needed dry weather one day before and one day after which was hard to find this spring/summer. After two months the wonderful installers did a Saturday installation when the weather looked good. They were terrific!

I will always recommend Floor360 because the customer service is exceptional. Alyssa was always quick to respond, answer questions with detail, and willing to make changes as needed. When we experienced challenges during installation, she connected us with Andy and both of them assured us of quality workmanship which was ultimately delivered. Thanks to Alyssa, Andy, Scott, Daniel, and more all for your time and attention to our home. We are very happy with the tiled tub surround, vinyl, and carpet.

We couldn't be any more pleased with our new bathroom floor. Brianna was so helpful by showing us different layouts, picking the grout color and even finding the tile I wanted that they didn't carry in the showroom.
The installers Gabriel and Angel were so professional and took care to cover the steps and pathway to the bathroom. Gabriel did an outstanding job installing the tiles with perfection and Angel clearly knew how to cut with precision to achieve a gorgeous final outcome with very little dust or clean up needed.
Floor360 will be our choice for our upcoming work and I have been singing their praises to everyone I can. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Floor360 has truly been a fantastic partner in the building of my new home. I use the word partner, because that's how they made me feel. Some vendors, especially in a hot housing market, treat you as a minion with limited options. Floor360 leans the other way, making sure that your voice is heard in the design of your home, all the while doing it in a fast & efficient manner.
One of the things that was so impressive was how they listened to my needs. I really wanted a unique hardwood throughout my main level, and they curated several options and all of the options were perfect. It was such a luxury to have to make that difficult choice! The Shaw Expressions turned out beautifully, a true head turner that makes my home feel both elegant and inviting. Their installation crew are all true craftsmen because I couldn't find a single flaw related to the installation work.
They also really listened to my needs. Floor tile is not a particular interest of mine, so they quickly found some very stylish but affordable LVT in my wet rooms, which really opened up the budget to do some amazing and unique wall tile installations. I'm so grateful for the LVT finds.
I hold a special place in my heart for their ability to find value products. My finished basement has a Paramount Timbrcore Seqouia flooring option that has blown me literally away. This floor looks like it costs triple what it did. I definitely wanted real wood upstairs, but if you are looking for a laminate or LVT, the search should end with the Sequoia line by Paramount (Timbrcore). It took my breath away. This floor looks better than the vast majority of engineered wood floors (but not mine!). You have to see it to believe it.
The wall tiles were my favorite part. We did encaustic, marble, penny, chevron and scalloped, and we're not done yet. They really have created beautiful visual focal points throughout my home. Again, the installation quality was top notch. Their workers were very picky about what tiles were used and I'm here for that. The grout lines, bullnoses, trim pieces and all of those little details were literally flawless.
I didn't use much carpet, but if you need carpet and don't get DW Select, then you're missing out on the best value in carpet today. Again, Floor360 really picks out stylish & quality products that give you reverse sticker shock.
Jen, Christie & Nichole have all been amazing. I don't know any of the field crew but I want them to know I love what they've done to the place. I am picky & difficult and Floor360 made my life so easy during a very stressful time. Thank you!

I’m very happy with the stair runner that FLOOR360 installed in our home. Kelly used her expertise to recommend appropriate carpet options for stairs, as well as patterns that would look great despite two turns/landings. Jesse and Tarik did a wonderful job with installation—they were friendly, efficient, and did high quality work. The binding and surging done by Jim was excellent as well. We selected a plaid pattern, and they lined it up perfectly.

The outcome of the project was perfect. Julie and her crew recognized that the carpet that arrived was not what I had ordered, and corrected the problem. Jesse suggested a different edge finish which makes my steps look like they are upholstered. He and Tarik were prompt, skilled and very neat. I can’t imagine being happier with the job.

Floor360 installed all the tile and carpet in our new home from tile floors, to tile walk-in shower, to stair runner carpet, to bedroom and living room carpet, to custom made area rugs, they did it all for us!! We couldn't be more pleased! Courtney was our representative! She is very helpful and knowledgeable and has a great eye for design ideas, and color coordination! I highly recommend Floor360. We worked with the Madison location.
