Linda was very accommodating and was able to come a little early to spray my yard in a time that allowed for it to dry so I could let my dog out when I got home. When I arrived, she explained what she had done told me she was gonna finish up shortly and then she asked if I had any other issues that she needed to address before she left. We discussed many things from ants in the yard to mice in the basement. She took care of all our needs for today. A very pleasant and hard-working person.
Brandon consistently does great work. He is polite and knowledgeable and has helped us with several different kinds of critters. I highly recommend Rove for Pest Control!

ROVE has taken care of our property on a quarterly basis for several years. We are extremely pleased with the service their technician, Linda, has provided over the years. Linda is very knowledgeable and is straightforward in her recommendations. We appreciate her thoroughness and the extra effort she makes. I didn't think she would be able to reach a new wasp nest way up in the eaves but she did.

Katie was only at my house for about 10 minutes,. Didn’t do a good job AT ALL!!!! Don’t even think she treated my back yard or around my house. Just a poor job on front yard. 1 month later and still have earwigs , ants and wasps. My 3 year old got attacked by wasps and stung several times . So upset with this company , unfortunately I’m stuck with them for a year but I will definitely not renew. Had to find spray and kill wasps myself. ??????

Today was the first time that Rove treated our properties. Linda explained the service contracts, treatment protocols, how to contact Rove should an unforeseen issue arise, and answered our questions. Our interaction with Linda was very positive

Buyer beware. If it sounds too good to be true it probably isn't. Service representative showed up after 5 pm. Didn't have a clue regarding what services to perform. Katie told us she walked our entire property applying substance however ring tone camera tells a different story. Katie was gone in 20 minutes. Service provided was no where near what was discussed with sales representative.

Linda is great! She asked me first thing if I had any problem areas to address (which she did). I was very comfortable with her at my home. I work remote and she was very considerate of that during the service and when she left (and closed the garage for me!). Thanks Linda!
