We just finished a small but important job on our 1929 house, a new flat roof on our shake rug porch off our second floor. Isthmus Roofing was five stars and way beyond our expectations. From the initial call and then Boyd's (initial contact) consultation & well articulated options, and his follow-up and ongoing communication; to the crew chief and crew who installed the roof; to the clean up; and finally the easy and transparent billing -- all was done in a very professional and quality manner. A day after the billing, we received the written 20 YEAR Warranty & guarantee. My wife and I would use them again in an instant and would be first in line to recommend them to other friends looking for a local roofer.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Isthmus Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Despite being the most affordable option, the quality of their work was outstanding.
From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. They were able to schedule my roofing job in less than a week, which was incredibly convenient. The team worked quickly and professionally, completing the job much faster than I anticipated.

I had a wonderful experience with Isthmus Roofing! Very prompt response and fair pricing. Boyd even put a temporary patch on my roof because rain was in the forecast. The repair crew was able to get over much sooner than I expected and did a fantastic job. They fixed some errors a previous contractor had made, finished the job in one day, and even cleaned out my gutters! Highly recommend, and will be back for any roofing needs.

My wife and I really enjoyed the communication, price, and workmanship from Isthmus. Nate was easy to work with and even came out on a Saturday for a quote once I noticed some ceiling spots earlier in the morning. Isthmus not only did our roof, but soffit/fascia, and gutters as well. Everything looks great, so definitely recommend.

Nate and his team re-shingled our roof sometime back. It was an exceptional experience. Nate educated us about the entire process, helped us with picking the shingles and was so easy to work with. The work was great and the roof looks beautiful. But what struck me the most was how easy it was to work with Nate and how amazingly responsive he was. Even last week when we were hit by the storm I emailed Nate to request him to come check on our roof. He responded within an hour and was at our house the next day. This is my very first google review of any service provider- and I can't think of a better company to start with than Isthmus Roofing.

Great experience w/Isthmus Roofing. Grateful that Nate responded very quickly, within a short time, same day, after we left message. He was already completely booked, but squeezed us in for emergency tarp placement due to hole in roof from fallen tree branch. Definitely recommend Nate&Isthmus Roofing.

Boyd and Nate were easy to work with and this company had the best price out of the 5 I checked with! They got my house and detached garage done in a couple days and did a nice job with the trim on my skylights. And I didn’t have to do any cleanup on my property - they were super thorough. The 50 year warranty is also great!

After a heavy rain storm, my wife & I heard a dreaded sound -- rain drops in our bedroom! After hearing rain drip into a bucket the rest of the night, we looking at options for a roofing company the next morning. I looked at Isthmus Roofing because they were located close to our house & had a great Review score. After reading some of the reviews & checking out their website, I felt good enough to give them a call.
Tony was super kind & helpful in getting us scheduled the very next day for someone to come take a look. My wife called one of the more well-known companies at the same time and was told it would take two weeks to even have someone take a look. I scheduled with Isthmus and had the pleasure of meeting Nate the next day. He checked everything out, took pictures and talked me through everything he saw. He told me what he'd recommend, gave me what felt like a great price, and even showed me a few minor maintenance things I could do on my own to prevent future issues. I didn't hesitate in agreeing with the price of service and moving forward in the process.
When Nate told me he was the owner of the company at the end of our conversation, I was really impressed. It gave me even more confidence to know that the owner came out himself and seemed like such a genuine guy.
A few days later, they came out and completed the repairs while my wife & I were at work, then emailed the invoice. Super easy & fast process that I felt great about from start to finish. If I need a larger project done in the future, I know who I'm going to call!

So normally I don’t do reviews unless there is a great reason, or a bad reason to do so. I had some mold issues and some roofing issues that required a second look. I called and spoke with the office, spoke with Tony. Super respectful and very professional. During that first call, Nate, the owner, jumped in on the call and clearly acknowledged my concerns. They showed up within hours of the call. Nate and Boyd. I’ve been in construction for nearly 30 years and I knew immediately these guys knew their trade. They took their time and they were thorough. This was an unusual experience in the field so it made the visit pleasant, during an unpleasant situation. No fee charged for their time and they concluded I could handle the task myself due to their attention to my skills and trade set. I will absolutely be seeing these guys again in the future and wouldn’t recommend a company like this, nor would I take the time to review them, had they not made an impression on me. Definitely A+ thank you, Nate, Boyd, and Tony for your professionalism.
