Don at Austin Plumber completed a water heater install today. His work was outstanding. He explained the problem and gave the result. I joined Austin Plumber club because I believe in this company.
Deb OM at Austin was also very helpful and worked the schedule and was able to get me a plumber the same day called. Outstanding service by Austin Plumbers.
Austin Plumbing, electrical, etc installed a backup house generator and two sump pumps and did a fantastic job. The team of Garret L, Michael R, Noah J worked hard and efficiently to get the job done. They all were very professional, addressed all our questions, gave us an overview of the generator and maintenance requirements. They made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. I would highly recommend Austin and this team for plumbing and electrical and generator installation.

I scheduled Austin Plumbing to fix the kitchen drain that was severely plugged. Carson arrived before 8am and quickly assessed the situation and got right to work. The problem was fixed and Carson gave me alot of good advice about how to maintain our drains to prevent future issues. Carson is very personable and I enjoyed talking with him. I have used their services in the past and would highly recommend them for your plumbing issues.

I contacted Austin Plumbing about a failed sump pump and am very impressed with their service from beginning to end. The office staff was very courteous and dispatched a plumber right away. The communication tools they use are excellent. Don B was great to work with. He gave us a couple of options for replacing the sump pump, short term and long term. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He was very efficient in actually replacing the sump pump. I highly recommend Don and Austin Plumbing.

Noah came today to repair the gas leak on the water heater. He was very knowledgeable and it was repaired quickly. He explained everything completely and was efficient at completing the work promptly. I would definitely recommend Austin to friends and family.

I had an excellent experience with Austin and with technician Pete E. I loved the communication by the company, was nice to know something about the technician before he arrived, took away a lot of the awkwardness that usually accompanies having a stranger come into your house. Pete was friendly, informative, efficient. He gave me all of the options and prices. There was no pressure to move forward on any project. The prices seemed fair, and once Pete set to work he got things done in a timely fashion and everything was done to perfection. I commented to Pete that he must love his job, he said he does, and that showed in his professionalism and quality of service. I will definitely call Austin in future for other work we need done.

The technician/plumber, Noah, was everything you want in a quality call. All issues were well explained with recommended choices for me to question and choose from. Work was completed efficiently, with quality product, and area was well cleaned. I would also recommend Austin Club to anyone. Yes, I am an actual customer with an honest review.

I had a great experience with Austin Plumbing. Easily scheduled an appointment online. Got a text they were on their way with a nice little bio about who was coming. Jay showed up on time, was friendly and did a great job explaining options, and providing estimates. Work was done quickly, high quality with great care to keep my house clean. New hot water heater and new water softener done! Thanks Austin Plumbing and Jay!
