They came over to fix my broken a/c the guy said it was completely empty on refrigerant and they installed it only 3 years ago! He filled it up and put some leak blocker in it, it did nothing and they sent me a $500 bill. My wife and I took the panel of the furnace off and there’s a red light blinking with a code and this hvac professional never did any of this, while we were taking the panel off I heard a leak in the copper pipe and now I’m gonna call someone else who can actually do the job.

My family of 6 was w/o heat. Called late afternoon and they found away to send someone out to look and quote me. Just amazing to see the great reviews and then get someone out that fast was so needed w/ no heat. The Gentlemen took the time to explain the benefits of high efficiency and the cons. Also, the pros/cons of the regular boiler system we already had. Told them i needed to confer w/ my wife that night. I contacted a day later and said please schedule me at the earliest for installation. I was worried as the chap mentioned they had to ship the boiler from Ohio. Upon hearing back from the office the guy already had the unit on it's way and tentatively scheduled me prior to me calling. Man what a relief. The very next day after they received the unit they installed the unit. Installation: Guys were professional, laid down tarps/ carpet plastic everywhere. All the work getting the old boiler out and draining, prepping for the new unit was done. Electrician came and was personable, professional, and quick. Then allowed the boiler team to finish up connecting up the copper and all connections. Afterwards, they weren't in a hurry to get out of my house. They cleaned EVERYTHING up and then some. These guys were great. Glad to have found a reliable company. Honest people. Fair. Reliable again because the returned my calls, showed up when they said they would, and left my house better than when they came. THANK YOU! My family had heat that night. Boy was it glorious. Front Office: Super kind, helpful, and expedited all the schedules, questions I had, and even when I made a mistake on the paper work they were very pleasant and patient. Short story, long: I would pay for more for this service but they aren't out gouging people either. Prices were in line w/ most, lil cheaper then some but were not more expensive. Hope that helps someone like me reading reviews. If you are on the fence, stop. Call these folks. Kim, Steve, Chris THANK YOU!

Yesterday WeEnergies got called to our house because there was a smell of gas in our yard. I called Thielmann Group because they’re local, and had exceptional reviews. The woman who answered the phone was courteous, kind, and very knowledgeable, and had a guy out in less than 90 minutes to diagnose our furnace. It was 30 years old and we immediately needed a new one. With the weather in the teens at night, in the middle of winter, Thielmann fit us in for NEXT DAY installation of a brand new furnace! Every single individual with whom I interacted was professional, kind, and helpful. Highly recommend this company! Local, great people, fair prices, and superior service. Five stars all the way.
