We had a fitting go bad and was starting to leak. It was after hours, but I was still called back. The next morning a tech came out to fix it. Professional at all levels in this company. I would highly recommend

The guys were on time - moved generator from truck to designated place on concrete pad. Took off a manual transfer switch installed automatic one. Hooked up to generator. There was a delay in arrival of propane tank to the following day. Tech from propane company connected tank to generator in am. The tech from generac came back pm finished hook up of propane to generator then preformed a test run and set parameters. All in all a very professional service. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with the service and results we received at Clearwater Camp from Adams Generator in Minocqua. Justin was great at taking care of our generator issues and getting it back up and running in a very timely and efficient manner. Maggie was excellent to deal with in the office and in getting everything scheduled. This was our first time using Adams Generator and we will definitely use them for our generator needs moving forward.
