We used Carpets Plus for our new home. They were very knowledgeable on what was best for the areas needed to be done. Scheduled install within a very short time frame. Was very happy with the installers, called prior to arrival so knew when they would arrive and were very respectful and cleaned everything up before leaving. Very happy with Carpet Plus and would highly recommend.

Our flooring project from beginning to end was amazing and stress free! I worked with Jace and he was: very thorough with communication, prompt in coming to the house to measure the space and picking up the floor samples, patient in answering all questions, gave solid recommendations for options/ alternatives to consider, followed up after project completion and an overall great person to work with. The flooring installers, José and his dad, were top notch! I highly recommend Carpets Plus in Janesville and ask for Jace.

They put new carpet in our living room, three bedrooms, a hallway and stairs. Ken was great to work with! I never actually went into the store (everything was coordinated over email), I contacted them (based on google reviews) already knowing what I wanted, and they made it happen! Ken was extremely prompt in all his replies to my correspondence (usually within an hour unless it was after business hours, then he got back to my first thing the next morning), and answered any, and all questions I had! They worked with me on my timeline (and even were willing to change install dates at the last minute to accommodate a delay I had on another project in my house). The end result looks great, and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely get flooring through them again.

We just had a stair runner installed on our very large, double platform stairwell. Jace was wonderful in finding the exact carpet I wanted and getting us the BEST possible price. After getting an estimate from JM Carpets in Fort Atkinson I was disappointed that we wouldn’t be able to do the runner I was set on but Jace made it happen in our budget and came in $1,000 less than JM, which is honestly insane if you ask me. The runner was installed 2 weeks after my initial call. Jace was even awesome about letting me come in to see the full piece to make sure everything was cut and bound where I wanted it. The installers were efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and were very nice. We’ll use Carpets Plus and work with Jace in ten future and happily refer other there as well.

Had a great experience using this company to replace our carpet. Went in, Jace came and measured our carpet and wrote us up a quote promptly. My husband and I were indecisive with deciding what carpet color we wanted to go with everyone there was very patient and let us bring home some samples to make sure we were comfortable and confident with our decision. Within the next week and a half our carpet was being replaced, the guys that came were extremely nice and helpful. They worked the entire day and did an excellent job with everything! We love the new carpet and so incredibly glad we went with this company, everyone was amazing!
