Rock Valley responded quickly to our urgent situation, provided accurate information, and professional assistance. They installed our new boiler with efficiency and excellent customer service.
We are so pleased with the service we received this morning. Our AC went out last night and a serviceman was at our house this morning at 7 am. He immediately found what was wrong, but said he didn't have the part in his truck, so he contacted someone from the office and they brought the right part right over. Will contact them again if needed.

I was impressed with their ability to schedule me the same day that I called. They gave me a 30 minute window that the repair person would be at my home. Then they called back to say that he could be 30 minutes early if it was convenient for me. Heck yes! The repair person was very professional and checked everything over before telling me what needed to be done. He did not try to up sell anything. Needless to say, he fixed the problem quickly and was on his way. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Easy communication and fast response. It was an easy job, but nonetheless they handled it professionally and quickly. Price was reasonable, and will call back again if needed.

We had Rock Valley Services clean our ducts and perform a maintenance check on our furnace. Everything from start to finish was great. They were on time and explained everything they did.

A member of the comfort services club is well worth it. Had the crew out for a furnace clean. Staff was friendly and left the area clean. Will recommend to friends & family.

The whole team is great! I had a technician named Josh come out and look at my broken furnace. He must have spent a few hours at my house troubleshooting, drove up to madison to get a replacement part and came back. He got everything to work good as new. Josh genuinely strives for excellence in every way he will not quit until the job is done right no matter what. He also left me 3 of his space heaters while my furnace was out and that was a blessing. I could not recommend this company enough, seriously impeccable service.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night on the coldest day of the year so far. It was -16 and the house got down to 54 degrees. My husband called Rock Valley Services, and they had someone out to our house by 1:00pm, they figured out what part was needed, and returned by 3:00pm to switch out the inducer, and the heat was back up and running in no time! Thank you, thank you, thank you for your quick response and friendly service. We will definitely recommend and use your service in the future!
