Recently booked a “Deep Clean” service and my experience was hit and miss. I was quoted $400 for a 3 bed 2.5 bath deep clean which I thought was fair. My house wasn’t particularly dirty, just rather dusty. After they cleaned the upstairs I received a text letting me know they would need an additional 2 hours to complete the job at an extra cost of $140. A little annoying but understandable.
The deep clean didn’t not include the inside of the fridge or oven as others have mentioned is included in a deep clean at other companies. There were a few other things I would have assumed were included in a deep clean that I ended up taking care of myself. This was somewhat disappointing especially considering I had to add on more time/money.
My biggest reason for not giving 5 stars was the difference in quality of work between the 2 cleaners and the lack of attention to detail by one of them. Heather and Maria cleaned my house and I was very happy with the quality and attention to detail on Heather’s behalf. Maria did not share the same attention to detail. I had to request that she return to one of the completed rooms to get a few missed things and even after that, once they had left, I noticed things in the rooms Maria cleaned that were still missed.
As with most services like this, it can be hit and miss depending on who your specific cleaner is. This was good enough for a 1-time service for me, but somethings could have been better.
4 Senses Home Services is the best we have found! The cleaning is excellent and customer service is outstanding. We receive text reminders of their arrival and when they are done. One day we left a room door closed by accident (which signifies not to enter a space) and they texted us to make sure they weren’t suppose to enter. We love Lauren! Lauren is very meticulous with her cleaning and details. She goes the extra mile to make our home so inviting after a long week at work. She leaves us a little note and chocolates. She picks up all of Bear’s (our Yorkie) toys and even makes his bassinet that he sleeps in at night “presentable to him! (Picture is below.). Sam and her partner (couldn’t read their name on the card sorry!) did a great job with our deep clean before a party. Our house is sparkling over a week later, and that’s with cats, dogs, and kids. Service was great, and they were very efficient.

We recently used their service and it was incredible! Honestly, they should be the best in Madison.
They were super responsive and kind to work with. The work that was done was so thorough, even to places we didn’t expect cleaned. It was such a relief to have such a clean home. We’d recommend them to anyone in the area!

Jessica did a fantastic job cleaning our home - I’m amazed at how much she got done in a 3 hour cleaning! She was so respectful of our space and mindful of noise as our baby napped as well. Highly recommend 4Senses if you are looking for a great cleaning service!
