We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Matt and his team. From the quoting process all the way until our deck project was completed the team was super helpful, professional, communicative and most importantly the deck looks absolutely fantastic. We would definitely recommend them for any project and will be using them again in the future!
We absolutely love our beautiful new deck built by 3rd Gen Deck Builders! We’d like to recognize the excellent work and craftsmanship done by Watou, John and Jarrett. They did a complete demolition of our old deck. We couldn’t be more pleased with their quality work and attention to detail. Everything was so well coordinated from start to finish. We love our new deck by 3rd Gen Deck Builders! Alex was great to work with during the beginning of the design process. Brian and Kasity did a phenomenal job with constructing the deck. The finished work definitely exceeded our expectations. We loved working with Autumn. She is always quick to respond to our questions and went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied with our finished project. 11/10, would recommend 3rd Gen Deck Builders to our friends and family.

We had 3rd Gen build our second story deck (and fully demo the old one) this year and couldn’t be happier with the result. The process and communication was clear start to finish, and the deck was done in ~3 weeks. Everyone we worked with has been excellent and responsive. 2-3 mo after completion, one of our trees fell on it and damaged the railing and child gate; we had 3rd Gen come back out and handle all repairs, which were timely and reasonable. The deck is one of our favorite parts of our home, enjoyed by humans and cats alike!
We went with a light color PVC board and it has been surprisingly cool to the touch this summer despite receiving full sun. Would choose this again.

3rd Gen Deck Builders tore down an existing deck and built a new one. They were great at communicating and the whole team were responsive. They were willing to listen to our needs and design a project that was in our budget when no one else would. Beautiful professional work. Highly recommend them if you need a deck project done.

Several months ago, we hired 3rd Gen Painting and Remodeling to build a screen porch for us. 3rd Gen deserves a 5+ Star review as they have exceeded our expectations in numerous ways. From start to finish, 3rd Gen has been extremely responsive. Alex and Autumn were our initial contacts and were awesome. Matt is totally on top of things and was always so easy to get in touch with at all times with excellent follow through. All of the workers were reliable, polite, positive, and respectful. The team was very attentive to our questions throughout the entire process. Eric, Jonathan and the rest of the team provided quality workmanship. We are 100% satisfied with our new screen porch in terms of construction and the quality of materials. The porch looks fantastic! What stands out most for us is the extraordinary customer service and follow-up, plus the fact that they work consecutive days (weather permitting) until the project is complete. 3rd Gen makes a remodeling project or building of a new screen porch truly a positive experience. Outstanding company! Highly recommend!
