I met Artisan Deck and Design marketing coordinator, Joe Argo, at a home show at Monona Terrace. He was great to work with. He spent a lot of time with me during the design process to make sure every detail was clear. The construction crew was outstanding. Friendly and professional. They asked for my input and listened to all of my concerns. The finished product is beautiful-beyond my expectations.
Artisan built our composite deck five years ago... and we couldn't be happier! Tim was great to work with on the design, and the crew did quality work with quality materials. I recently had a light burn out, and Artisan quickly replaced it. You won't go wrong selecting Artisan!

Artisan Deck and Design built our new Trex deck a year ago. We love our new deck- maintenance free, beautiful and such a great addition to our home. Everyone at Artisan was wonderful to work with- from the design process to the final inspection. They certainly stand behind their work. As in any home remodeling project there were unexpected issues which came up. But Tad and Dan were
always available and solved these problems in an efficient manner. If something wasn’t done to our liking they remedied the problem to our satisfaction without question. We can wholeheartedly recommend this company if you are considering a new deck or outdoor living space.

We discovered Artisan at a home improvement show and compared them to other deck builders. Tim listened and worked with us on the design. After signing, we were able to have the deck completed in about 3 weeks for a 500 sq. foot composite deck. The crew was on time every day, communicated effectively and worked diligently. Working with Artisan has been the best contracting experience we have had. This deck has been wonderful addition to our home especially during the pandemic - to have additional space to relax and be outside has been incredible.

We met with Tim to discuss our deck that was essentially wearing out. He had several suggestions on the best plan of attack to re-do the deck and the end result is just what we were looking for. He stuck to his estimate without any surprises which was much appreciated. His crew was very conscientious and left the site clean each day. He's a problem solver and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend him and his team.

We couldn't be more pleased with our custom deck and bridge built by the team at Artisan Deck and Design. Every step of the process from planning through the construction was handled with professionalism, attention to detail and superb communication. The end result was a quality product that exceeded our expectations. We can't recommend them highly enough!
