We had the carpet on our entire second floor, including the steps, replaced after 20 years in our home. Carpets Plus made the experience easy from start to finish. Kodiak, our sales expert, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our carpet was installed just two weeks after our order was placed. The installers, Jimmy & Bobby were professional and efficient. I’d use Carpets Plus again and will recommend them to others.

I was doing remodel of my house and needed carpet and tile. When I went in I had a very specific look I wanted but no knowledge of carpet or tile. Kodiak was the perfect person to help. He explained what kind of carpet would be best for me, a cat owner and maybe future dog owner, but someone who also wanted white carpet. He showed me the endless tile samples and explained what kind would be best for the room I had. He kept my budget in mind, which I was failing to do...he pulled me back in when I was getting out of hand. i appreciated this! I found both. White carpet and a tile I was happy with. What impressed me most about Carpet Plus was Kodiak, the fact that it is a family owned business and the attention to the customer from beginning to end. From the sales to the installation of the tile where Dylan showed me where the wood floor people had left an unfinished job. He showed me how to fix it. Kodiak following up to see if I was happy with the tile, to the carpet installers who made sure I was okay with moving furniture back. I've had contractors of all kinds in and out of here for the past 2 years and this is one company I have not had one problem with at all. Honestly. The best through and through
