I have been in customer service for years. Answering the phone for clients calling in can sometimes leave the wrong first impression. I would hate to think business might be lost due to that first impression. Answering the phone with a smile on your face and checking the tone is always good practice. Going above and beyond, exceeding a customers expectation can knock it out of the park.
Fast unloading. Friendly staff. Take second entrance, between buildings, around the back to the right and come out the other side.
