I have had work done by The Groutsmith team three times now, twice to replace crumbling grout and once to clean and seal the grout in a shower. All the work was expertly done. These people can even eliminate air pockets under tile that cause the grout to crumble. I would not hire anyone else.

I was in need of a good grout cleaning and some repair. I turned to Groutsmith as I saw this was their specialty. From beginning to end they were professional and explained the process. There were no surprises when it came to the work or final payment due. I had a few tiles that were broken and they were able to take them up and re adhere them to the floor, now they look even better. My grout was dirty from years of neglect. They went from a dark brown/light black to the natural grout color after they were done cleaning! It was like having a new floor all over again. My eyes played tricks on me for days as I got used to how the new floor looked!

I'm a property manager, and we've been looking for a reliable and flexible tile cleaning service. People who are cleaners and are willing to work on grout haven't been able to accomplish the work to the standard we were looking for. We contacted Groutsmith, and Kelsey has been very accommodating to us, even despite some headaches and miscommunication with other contractors not being prepared for Groutsmith to come in. The work they do is phenomenal, and at a great value--we found their prices very reasonable. We plan on incorporating Groutsmith into our regular unit-turn process. I can't recommend them enough.

We found an entire tiled floor under some wood flooring we had removed,intending to put a new floor all over . The tile was in really good shape ,just needed some TLC. Andy and his daughter, Gabby,completely transformed this tile! They cleaned it,sealed it and changed grout to a lighter color,we are just in awe of the difference!!
