I was referred to the company by California Closets because I was trying to push this project quickly through. If not for that, I would have found my own painters, wallpaper. It's been a terrible experience, they didn't show the day/time they had scheduled with me to do the prep work. Then when you call the general number, they fain ignorance to the work schedule and "leave a message" The messages are never returned by a human, the salesman for the project has run for the hills and is constantly out of town until... I would save your self and not use this company.

Certa pro recently painted our 160 year old rental property. The original wood siding and paint was in very poor condition. The final product looks great from 30 feet away, the crew was courteous and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The price was good, but the prep work (scraping) was very poorly done - they painted right over much of the peeling paint rather than correctly scraping all loose paint off first.

My experience with CertaPro was very positive. My house looks amazing, and they did not try to give a "hard sell" at all, which I could not appreciate more. As an unmarried, female homeowner in my 20s, I get a lot of aggressive salesmanship from a lot of companies, and I did not feel that way about CertaPro. The paint crew was very friendly and thorough as well. My only "wishes" for the future would be maybe slightly more care not to trample/crush the plants that had just started coming up in the front landscaping? But my whole block is in love with how the house looks now!

I would never ever recommend this place ever. We chose this company over another to paint our deck and pergola to match. The deck has already been treated so we needed it power washed and honestly sanded before painting. All they did was power wash, if you can even call it power washing. It left a splotchy mess that they just painted over so now we have a freshly coated splotchy mess. They also said they would cover our lights and spindles when they did the work however our black spindles and lights now have painted on them.
