Chris M came to my home and did a complete walk around with me and explained each and every aspect of his treatment service. He showed me the positives ( and negatives) of my landscaping and how it could be improved to lessen insect activity.
Chris did an extremely thorough job with his application process and at the same time answered ALL of my questions. Chris is extremely knowledgeable in his line of work and he gave me a true education in insects, trees and overall nature. Chris could have just done his application and left but he made sure that I was completely satisfied with his visit which I was - it’s great to get this kind of ”thorough service” in this crazy hustle hustle world - hats off to Chris and the team at Greenix from a very satisfied customer!

I felt my service was better with Rise Pest Control. Since Greenix has taken over I have less consistent service. With Rise I Only had one or two service people coming out and they were familiar with my property and I always got a text beforehand asking if I had any specific concerns they needed to address. With Greenix I feel I never have the same person twice, I don’t always get notification that they’re coming and I usually have to reach back out after they left and let them know about the concerns I had. One time I was even home when they did my service and they never came in my backyard to do the service there so I had to reach back out to the tech and have him come out again so he could do the backyard. I guess the most positive thing I can say is at least when I mention something they do come back out and address it.

Charged for service that was never performed on a no show. Did not show for the rescheduled service weeks later. Had to dispute charge with my credit card company. Despite probably 10 emails/phone calls now, issue is still not resolved and they are even making canceling my account a hassle. They even had a sales guy come to my door to try to sell me additional services, but when I told him about the issues we’ve had already he said he’d let his manager know and call me back…no surprise here, but I did not get a call to remedy the situation. Even the sales guy said the switch from Insight to Greenix has been a “logistical nightmare.”
I don’t usually review for poor experiences but this has gone too far.

Just hired Greenix to help rid me of earwig problem. It is too soon to tell the results. One thing I can tell though is that my first experience with employee Zach has been such a pleasure. Greenix had actually been recommended to me but I didn't take action right away. Then I saw the Greenix truck a few houses down while I was out watering my garden. I decided to walk over to ask if they could help me with my issue. Zach was the technician treating my neighbors home. He was extremely engaging and answered my questions and genuinely seemed passionate about the services they offer. Zach arranged for me to get service that same day and I am very impressed with his courteous and professional manner.

In all honesty, he would be well suited for a position that advises on types of infestations and insects. He was very knowledgeable and put my fears to rest.
