Our tech was Linda. She was kind and respectful of my time. She did a great job clearing spider webs and wasps nests. She is thorough and quick. She especially made sure she sprayed the back yard for ticks. this is our first treatment- will update my review as needed.
While I was not able to commit to purchasing these services at this time I would like to leave a 5 star rating. This is solely because of the salesperson, Lorenzo. He initially came while I was sleeping and my husband explained to him that we make decisions together. Lorenzo offered to come back the next day at a time that worked around our daughter’s practice times. He kept his word and came back. I wish we could have gotten the services offered but due to personal reasons we could not. He was a great salesman, listener, and overall a wonderful person. There were no hard feelings about us saying no and the interaction was positive and never awkward. If I could hand pick a salesman, it would have been him. Thank you for a positive experience Lorenzo! I hope Rove finds more employees like you!

Linda S was just here to service my yard because I have a dog that’s very protective. She came in quietly. Let us know before hand that she was coming

Linda was our technician and was such a pleasant experience. She texted me ahead of time, worked with my schedule and made it a very simple process. Couldn’t ask for more!

Katie from Rove was out to service our home recently. She was very polite, very good at explaining what all she was going to be doing today for treatment and also before being asked she told me how long to wait before letting our dogs outside after service! Thank you Katie!!

We had our first spraying today and Linda was great, warned us about not letting our dog out and making sure we knew what was going to happen. Very competitive compared to our former company at our former house. Thanks!

Have had Rove pest now for little over a year. I would 100% recommend them. Our tech Linda is great! They always answer all our questions, they are so nice and are very informative.
