Working with Chandler, Neo, Sam and Julia was an unexpected pleasure, Chandler was my sales associate and her customer service was absolutely the key to my outstanding experience. I also had a great experience with Johnny during a service call at set-up. Keep up the best customer service.
What an experience! We went into the hot tub game not knowing anything about them. Chandler and Bachmann Pools and Spas was great! She educated us on hot tubs and was there for us every single step of the process. Chris and the delivery team were very professional on delivery day and made a tough install look very easy. Chandler has even been talking to us and helping us after the sale with making sure the water levels are balanced across the board. The idea of this kind of service after the sale is quite simply amazing. We are very fortunate to have walked in the door to such a great company and Chandler as our salesperson. She has made the process very enjoyable, fun and exciting.

Neo was absolutely awesome to work with. From start to finish, she was always friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. I’m new to the spa world, and she took the time to walk me through each step of the process. I’d ask a question via text and she’d respond with a picture or video showing me exactly what I needed to know. I’d recommend Bachmann any day, and if you make your way in, ask for Neo and you won’t be disappointed.

We just purchased a HotSprings Spa and our experience was fantastic! This is our third spa purchased from Bachmann and this time was exceptional ? Our sales representative was Chandler and she went above and beyond. She’s answered our many many questions getting it up and running and I was even able to contact her after hours!! She was able to help us late one evening and answered our questions. She’s terrific and I highly recommend Bachmann for your next purchase. Fred & Toni from Cottage Grove, WI
