The first time the representative tried to get me to sign a service contract for something I didn't want with an existing solar structure, didn't provide information for what I DID ask about. The second time he told me it'd cost me for them to send out a full crew to assess what I already have to give me an estimate for adding onto the existing system if I didn't send them an engineer's drawing of what's already there. The only "work" involved with getting specs for an estimate would be 10 minutes worth of measuring by one person, maybe a few minutes more of discussion. The job I was looking for is a small one, and I know it would cost more per unit than a larger one, but paying for ONE person to come out and gather specs for an estimate is totally unreasonable. If you want solar, find someone else who really appreciates the business and is willing to provide decent service.

Our experience with Arch Solar was amazing! We received quotes from several different solar providers, and Arch was by far the most communicative and responsive. Everyone we worked with was kind and knowledgeable. The solar panels themselves are quality REC panels that have received very high reviews for quality and durability. Our 9.02kw system was estimated to be installed in December/January and ended up being installed in September and turned on in October - well before we were expecting!
