Update: Ferguson reached out to me and fixed the problem. We have a new faucet ready to install. Very pleased.
It is a fine place to go as long as there are no problems. Unfortunately, among the many items purchased about 2 years ago, our bathroom faucet is not working properly. I called Ferguson, and they made it clear I'm on my own. Said I have to contact and deal with Delta Faucets. Delta has been useless. I can't see myself being a return customer.
Arrived at 3:30 on Friday was asked to leave by Jose as we were putting in a 2k order because they close at 4pm. They shut the actual lights off and they remained off causing us to finish our order in the dark. Our sales representative couldn’t read our credit card it was so dark. My son took off work to go there and this is how we were treated. Shameful. I own a business and the thought of me asking someone to leave as they are giving me money is horrifying. If it wasn’t for the representative that was kind and helpful we would have left without placing an order but we weren’t going to penalize her for her two coworkers horrible behavior.

I had a situation come up and was looking for a sink to take home that day. The front desk lady in the showroom didn't offer much assistance but Sarah and Tyler were super helpful. Tyler in the warehouse searched their inventory of in-stock sinks for a loooong time, but couldn't find me something that was going to work. However, I very much appreciated the time he took that day to try and help.

Excellent. We were looking for shower and faucets for a bathroom we are remodeling. Our plumber recommended Ferguson. Customer service was excellent. Janice was so helpful and helped us order what we needed.

This place has it all for kitchen and bathroom needs. We met our contractor there for a bathroom remodel. We accidentally showed up at the incorrect time. The staff was very understanding and still got a sales person to help us. Service was great and all our questions were answered. We were not pressured or rush to make our selections.
All sorts of products offered from many companies and for any budget. You can definitely find what you are looking for when it comes to bathroom and kitchen fixtures.
