Second time we’ve had college hunks out to rid of some stuff that HAD to go! These guys are so awesome. Very hot today, they had a full load already, managed to get on top of stuff in truck and make room for ours. Well done gentlemen, we appreciate it!

We had Herman and Levi come today to remove furniture, appliances, bikes, and misalanius items. They went above the call of duty. Herman and Levi were personable and caring and so respectful of our home. They even picked up some things from the floor and after checking with me walked over and threw it away. These men worked so well together and what we thought of as an impossible job they seemed to do it with ease. I highly recommend College Hunks. Thank you and God bless. (We will be using them again)

UPDATE - This is what reviews are for, to inform the public whether businesses are ethical or unethical. I am just doing my job as a consumer. Damage was done to every single piece of furniture that was moved, over 15 pieces total, as well as interior walls, floors, etc. Herman confirmed this when he came to review the damage. We never asked for $5,000 we only asked to be reimbursed for the cost of the move, which is more than fair. If this company was ethical, and did a good job, you would be receiving a very different review from me, but unfortunately, it is very clear you do not care about the consumer and also clearly inflate your review score with fakes. You are mad you got caught. UPDATE - The owners posts 5 star reviews as themselves to negate 1 star ratings (pictures). I've reported them. Also their response is completely bogus, I have been in touch with them and the parent company since day one. STAY AWAY! I would HIGHLY recommend using a different company for a move. The service we received was, in my opinion, the absolute worst service anybody could ever have from a moving company. Our move resulted in damaged furniture, personal belongings, and interior housing components. I want to preface this review by stating we have used other moving services in the past that were really great and in resulted in no damage to any personal belongings or housing components. We also know from this experience what to expect from a moving company, College hunks was definitely not it. They provided little to no consultation regarding the move. We made sure to tell them multiple times that we did have furniture that would need to be taken apart and put back together. We guessed about how many boxes we would need, as well as the size, and they agreed to deliver them to us a couple weeks prior to our scheduled move. After they missed their delivery window for the boxes 4 times, we finally received the boxes 2 days prior to our move. Not only were they the wrong sized boxes, but they were also a competitors branded box. The crew that showed up to move our condo was, in my opinion, extremely sub par. Mind you, it was winter so there was snow on the ground. The crew never once placed anything on the floors to protect them. By the end of the move the carpets were completely soaked and the floors in our new house were also damaged and scratched. The crew did not show up with any tools to take apart any furniture. What they couldn't take apart, they attempted to shove through the doors and down the hallways resulting in damage to the furniture and damage to the walls. They wrapped 3 pieces of furniture with padded blankets. All of our other furniture (around 15 pieces total) was not wrapped or was only wrapped in plastic (which did not fully protect it). This move should have taken 6 hours max. With the caliber of individuals moving us it took almost over 10 hours. There were multiple/different people showing up and leaving during the move which resulted in confusion and disorganization. There was a box of vintage snow globes that was dropped during the move which resulted in broken glass on the front steps of our new house that was not cleaned up appropriately which then led to broken glass being tracked through our new house. The franchisee owner (Herman) eventually did stop by to review the damage and agreed that there was gross negligence on the crews part during our move. He promised to reimburse us for the damage as well as the boxes that we paid for. After months of chasing him for resolution, and contacting the parent company, we finally received a check in the mail for $153.46 which doesn't even cover the amount we paid for the boxes. We paid, in total, around $1400 for this move (4 blocks down the street). I'll let you be the judge on whether you think that is a fair amount for resolution. We should have never used a company named 'College Hunks' to move our nice things, and definitely learned our lesson.
