Very nice to work with. Dominic answered all our questions, and gave us a variety of quotes and options. Always calling with updates on how things were going. The staff that came out really did a nice job. Went above and beyond covering up our landscaping so it didn't get wrecked. Also, cleaned up all the mess after they stripped the deck.
Have not needed to replace boards yet with the warranty, so cannot speak to that. Enjoyed working with them, and love how the deck turned out.
Dominic was great to work with. I had multiple coats of paint on my deck. His crew was professional and efficient. My deck now looks great. Couldn't ask for better service and outcome.

We reached out for warranty service in 2019. I have a voicemail from the owner saying that they would be coming out to replace our rotting boards. The team came out and after pulling up one board told me that the boards would not fit and that the boards needed to sit out for a winter and they would come back in the spring. I’ve reached out via phone and was told the owner would call me back about 4 times in spring 2020. I was never called back. Since then every time I call and leave a voicemail, they do not return any calls or even pick up. I’ve reached out to the owner direct via phone and text and not message is returned.
The service does not prevent rot and the company does not honor their warranty or even return calls

Love the way our deck turned out. Took longer than I thought it would. They had other decks they were working on. Just wish they would have waited to start ours until they finished the other ones.The 3 step process turned into more like 6 or 7. But we needed more coats, so that took longer. And we had some 90 degree weather so they couldn’t work in that. In the end it was worth the wait. It’s beautiful. After reading these reviews I hope the guarantee is at least 20 years. They say never have to stain your deck again. When you spend that kind of money, you want it to last. Hard working guys and Dominic answered all my questions. Thank you Appleton Deck renewal.

I was really impressed with the job they did on my deck, old stain (about 3 coats) was taken off & the bare wood looked so good, then it was sealed. But it looked even better after the sanding phase, had them replace 3 deck boards also. Communication thru the whole process was very good & the guys were hard workers & friendly, if you need deck work I recommend you check them out!

Scheduled a consultation to quote a pergola to be cleaned, sealed, and stained. They were booking appointments out nearly 30 days. I had done research on their product and was impressed so was willing to wait. Was supposed to get quote emailed that day, received hard copy 3 days later. Price came in nearly $1K more than originally estimated and didn't include other cedar structures we discussed. Called to discuss pricing and was told I would receive a phone call back the very next day on what could be done. It's been 2 weeks since then. I don't care what quality of product it is, the level of service has to align especially when charging a premium price. I am disappointed that I waited that long for them to come out and will not be waiting any longer to take my business elsewhere. If there's issues on the front end, there's likely to be more upon completion of the project.
