Had an unexpected problem with an online order. As soon as Rich became aware of it he went way beyond what I would have expected to resolve it. Their solution cost them not only time but money as well. Replacement product was promptly shipped. The Razor is a great tile cutter, and the customer service was fantastic. Thanks again.
It's a good resource for flooring contractors like me. Nice to have something local.

Awesome Awesome Awesome! Had a great tool on sale and decided to order from them on Black Friday. Have never heard of these guys but Jesus! They shipped my item faster than even my local Home Depot would have it. Literally 2 days! Definitely Definitely using them in the future. Highly recommend. Thanks Guys!

I've had the opportunity to do business twice with this company where I've purchased two tile cutters on each occasion. I must say that the service received have been exceptional. I definitely will refer them to friends and family.

i purchased a Monolit cutter in March of 2020. Paid for express shipping. Upon recieving the cutter the box was mangled. Opened the box and some of the parts were damaged. I needed the cutter to finish a job so i limped it through with it. i , in the mean time contacted company about the issue. Was told they would call me back tomorrow. lets just say tomorrow never came. So i puchased another Monolit from my local tile supply company. Contacted Mid west trade tools several more times and have yet to have this issue resolved. Its a simple remedy... Send me a new cutter and i will return damaged one. But no this just doesn't seem to happen. I spend thousands of dollars a year on tile supplies. I guess they do not want my business.................................
Since writing this review, things have been made right. I now have a new properly functioning cutter. I would like to thank the crew at Tile tools for the help. Also a big thanks for the T shirt. i will wear it proudly..

Eddie was great to work with. I had a little problem with a wrong product sent and he sent the correct one out immediately. There was damage from the shipping company, and he went out of his way to make it right for me.

I ordered a product from this company and they shipped the product to the billing address instead of the shipping address. I checked the tracking information online and noticed the mistake. I called them and pointed out the problem, at which point I was told they would re-route the package as it had just been dropped off and was still sitting at the shipping facility in Wisconsin. The product was not re-routed and was shipped to Florida and not to Ohio where it was to be shipped. The package arrived in Florida and I called again and was told that they would ship me a new one directly from Wisconsin to avoid any further delay. The package from Florida was instead shipped to me and was received over a week late at which time I had gone ahead and completed the job without using the product. I emailed the company asking for their return policy as was told that I could return the product for a full refund. I spent $45 shipping the product back to the company insured and never received a refund. I emailed the company asking why I haven't received a refund and received no response. I then called the company and was told that the product was returned damaged and they would call me back. I never received a call back and disputed the charge. The company told AMEX that they sent me pictures of the damaged product and told me that they would issue a refund once they received the insurance money but no refund on my initial shipping charges. This is a lie as they never returned my phone call or emails and never sent pictures of the damaged product and made no mention of honoring my refund. I once again called the company at which point the person on the phone was very nasty, called me a liar and essentially told me that I have no product, no refund and am responsible for filing the insurance claim. I will never ever do business with this company and would never recommend anyone else doing so even if they were the last company in the world to have the desired product.
