My daughter had her mobile home roof replaced. Taylor gave a fair quote and was very professional. Louise the office manager answered all my questions and concerns and was so easy to talk to. BCI was the best company I've ever worked with, ever! If I could I would have given them a ten star. Thank you for the wonderful job you did.
Recently had BCI replace my garage roof, very professional, through, fast and clean work. Was so impressed I had them come back a few months later and had them install more attic isulation and had them retro-foam insulation to an upstairs bedroom. Quality work, affordable and very satisfied. I would highly recommend!!

We have used BCI for 2 roofs, one flat and one front porch. Both were done excellently and have withstood the test of time and weather. They gave us a solid quote and met it without further changes, which was nice.
Definitely a good service, good value for money.

I would not recommend doing business with BCI. Not only was Kevin the Salesperson condescending and rude... but when I asked for some initial clarifications on their proposal he acted put out.
The WORST part of this whole situation was; after 2 weeks I received their contract. I had my Attorney review the contract and he made changes To PROTECT me the consumer. I forwarded the changes to Kevin. The next day I received a very cryptic and short email from Kevin stating they decided to withdraw from a $40,000 + job.
Long story short after calling Kevin to ask what was going on he simply said they have used their contract for years. He then said I was asking for too many changes.
I would urge anyone to look for a different company. Their contract is riddled with things that protect BCI.
The owner Larry is aware of this entire situation. He did nothing to try to see the consumer's concerns with their contract.
Definitely interview other companies. They are courteous, not condescending and want to help and protect YOU the consumer.
Thank you, Larry for your responsiveness to my post. Nice job of having 3 various people post short positive reviews about BCI all in the same hour! Just so my review would fall down on the list. Also, you never addressed the whole point of my review. You had no response when you found out that a high powered Real Estate Attorney reviewed your contract. He called out all the things that protect me the consumer. If you were a legitimate business person you would have come back and negotiated like every other owner does. Don't say my project was not in your scope of business. It was just fine until you realized your contract was discovered to not protect the consumer.

BCI installed a new roof for us. When we were getting quotes it came down to BCI and one other company. Ultimately, Taylor from BCI had better knowledge, was friendly and reliable and gave us a fair price. We appreciated that Taylor didn't use the corporate language and talked to us as people, not a sale.
BCI came out ahead of schedule to do the install. It was done in one day and the work site was left clean. They also took great care in protecting the area as they worked. Josh was there to answer any questions or concerns throughout the day and was very helpful.
We are very happy with the new roof and it looks beautiful! We will be working with BCI again for other house updates in the future.
