I spent many months talking to and getting quotes from quite a few solar installers. One of the reasons I chose Arch is that unlike other installers, they worked with me ahead of the contract to figure out conduit runs, and did not try to sell me more panels than I needed (where others tried to cram as many panels as possible onto my roof). I was also impressed with their sales and office staff, and knew that all of their installers worked for the company (not sub contractors). I am VERY glad I chose Arch! They exceeded my expectations and experience with every home improvement contractor I've had over the years. EXCELLENT communication on every step in the process (including scheduling and checkpoints). EXCELLENT workmanship and warranty on the install and materials used, and cleanup was meticulous. And EXCELLENT crew on site. This crew worked cheerfully together to solve every little challenge, they were all highly trained, knowledgeable and LOVE working for Arch - which speaks volumes. I really appreciated how diverse the Arch Solar team is! People of all shapes colors, background and genders worked with me on my install. All of them with passion for their jobs. I cannot recommend Arch more.

I would recommend Arch Solar for your rooftop solar project. They installed panels on my roof, hooked it all up, and replaced my electrical panel. It all went very well, from design to installation, and through commissioning. communication with the company was good. I especially appreciated them taking care of the utility paperwork, and the Focus on Energy rebate.

They are a Wisconsin company who, we believe, are dedicated to providing quality products and exceptional service. Our panels were installed in two phases at about one year apart. Jennifer Larson was our main contact at Arch for both phases. She is very knowledgeable about the: company, products, installation process, permitting procedures and scheduling. With such a large investment, it really helps to have a direct line to one person who can answer questions and refer you to others for additional help. We are very happy with the: quality of the Enphase products, installation crews and solar monitoring system. We definitely would recommend Arch Solar to anyone who is considering a system. If I had to do it all over again, I would likely go with a different company. There seems to be a training issue regarding what the costs to install will be. We had our array installed and the meter ended up being to close to the AC unit outside so WE Energies wouldn't commission the array. I had to pay more money to have our HVAC company come out and move the line further delaying the commissioning. The array was finally activated this week and appears to be working properly. Time will tell how it goes. I do think the electricians themselves appeared to know what they were doing. If you do choose Arch since your options are pretty limited find your own financing! The company they use is "Credit Human" and they have been one of the worse companies I've ever had to deal with. If I could give them a negative review I would have!
