Made me feel stupid for calling about a plan two weeks after he viewed the site and job Then 2 months later reached out to him and he would not respond. Wasted 2 months time. Irresponsible unrelaible no conscious if he doesn’t want job. Might be good builder lol. Take your chances. New builder gave me timeline with plan readying in 4 weeks I

I would highly recommend Beaber Construction to anyone looking to build or remodel. Brothers Ryan and Troy are super accommodating and easy to work with. The crew and subcontractors were on site and hard at work daily, often on the weekends too. They take pride in their work and pay close attention to detail. They build everything from moderate houses to super high end. It was a real pleasure building with them!

Beaber Construction built our home in 2009. The 3 month schedule set up by the Company was missed by 3 days. We thought this to be pretty amazing given the amount of sub-contractors/effort involved. We were pleased to know that each of our subs were local business personnel ...and that made a huge difference including the fact that each of them were Master Craftsmen. Using local organizations has also proved to be advantageous when new opportunities showed up over the years. Each of them have ALWAYS responded almost immediately if we ever needed any kind of service. The collaboration on our build also included Lakewood Hardware who supplied many/most of the high grade materials. In conclusion...we had little TO no stress with Beaber Construction as the incoming communication was consistent throughout the process, the subs were scheduled perfectly, the skills with ALL personnel involved were tremendous, and we are proud to have the opportunity to recommend Ryan Beaber's Organization to any and everyone who is looking to build/live in the Mountain / Lakewood / Townsend area.
