Our refrigerator stopped cooling. Not good. Super-stressful. I called this local appliance repair shop because of their high rating and terrific reviews. What great service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to get your appliance fixed. Called on a Monday, the tech was at our house on Tuesday repairing a dryer that was not heating. Compared to two other appliance repair businesses, I received estimates from about $20 less for the same job.

Very impressed with responsiveness and service from Fox Cities Appliance Repair. They answered the phone, did a thorough check to make sure parts were available, and were able to repair it within a day. The repairman provided a practical solution to my issue and was professional!

My specialized washer may have been unfixable, but he had the integrity to tell me that over the phone and walk me through several helpful options! Really nice guy and knowledgeable about his work. Saved me a service call and now I know my next steps.

EXCELLENT FAST SERVICE!!! Called this morning and my dryer was fixed at 2:30pm!! $99 service charge and $40 labor. The thermal fuse was out. I definitely recommend Fox Cities Appliance Repair!!!!

Their response time was fantastic. My dryer broke over the weekend. I called them 1st thing Monday morning. The repair person was at my house with in 2 hours and the dryer was fixed with several new parts installed in less than 1 hour. I would HIGHLY recommend Fox Cities Appliance Repair.

Had my dryer repaired by Fox Cities Appliance Repair. They were responsive and upfront with the minimum service visit charge. The technician came within a few days of initial contact and he was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He had it fixed in less than 30 minutes and explained to me what the problem was and even showed me the failed parts. The cost for the parts, service and labor was very reasonable.
