Bellwether exceeded our expectations while designing our home project. Leslie and Dylan had great ideas, challenged ours, and seemed to ask all of the perfect questions. They helped us express our style while educating us on fresh ideas and trends. We will be forever grateful of Bellwether’s consultative approach, as it gave us great confidence and results!
Positives. Very good work from the assistant coming up with ideas and options that met our needs. She stretched our “comfort” zone and we are extremely happy with the final design product.
Negatives. Owner responsiveness and business skills could use some work. After many Inquires about final invoice. We received the wrong invoice for another person job. The details of the billable hours were lacking. Makes we wonder how “billable” hours are truly being calculated. Seems common problem, as we have heard about similar issues from friends who also were customers. Note, We are still waiting on our bill.
On the fence if we’d use their service again.
