Recently completed exterior painting of my 100 year old cedar shake home with Christopher.
From quote to completion I felt like I was going to get a result I was happy with.
Christopher listened to my concerns and quality requirements and made a sites visits to ensure the job was progressing to his standards.
Crew was professional, hard working, skilled in their trade.
Some shingles were damaged during the project, however the project manager acted appropriately and the shingles were replaced by their in house roofer with no issue.
Everytime I see my home I am thrilled with how it looks now.
I look forward to working with Christopher again future projects.

Hired Painting By Christopher for a complete kitchen remodel, completed last September. Hired them a second time to replace all the trim/doors and paint the lower level of my home. Excellent job, both times. Attention to detail - perfectly matched the stain to the woodwork in the rest of my home. Very easy to work with. I highly recommend!

We hired Painting by Christopher after a bad experience with another painter who was not getting the job done. After Christopher finished the job, we wished we would have contacted him months ago. They showed up when they said they we going to, they worked diligently and gracefully, and the level of craftsmanship they exhibited was top notch. Additionally, when they were done, the only signs they had been there was a perfectly painted room as their cleanup was impeccable.

Had a fantastic experience with Painting by Christopher. He was extremely responsive and really quick to provide me with numerous quotes, as I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. I just purchased a house, but was not physically in WI. I was able to correspond with him via phone and email and he and his crew got me on their schedule within days and painted my entire house exactly how i wanted. Top notch!!! Highly recommend!!

Last summer we entrusted Painting by Christoper to paint and restore woodwork and trim on an historically designated three story 1917 brick home and garage. They are a terrific company staffed with lovely and talented people that take pride in their work and it shows. We could not be happier with the results. In addition, Nick the carpenter masterfully rebuilt the wooden rear airing porch, a project we did not anticipate in advance, but proved necessary. From start to finish, working with this company was an excellent experience. Thank you again!

We highly recommend Painting By Christopher. They are professional, prompt, friendly, thorough, trustworthy, helpful, and do wonderful high quality work. They also explain things very well. Painting By Christopher helped us with multiple home renovation projects. It was so nice to have 1 main contractor to help us with painting, doors, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall work. We are delighted with the beautiful work Painting by Christopher did on our 1925 home!
Our home needed multiple facets of work including wood/trim repair and replacement, painting of our vinyl siding, restoration of a garage window, new garage side door and front porch repair. We’d interviewed several painting companies before making our decision. We had timing restrictions due to current construction on our street as well as planned construction for spring and Amanda worked with us to get the project started in time to finish before the cold weather set in. Everything with respect to scheduling and payments was seamless and easy. We were offered a color consultant and she was amazing with her knowledge of historical homes and was able to not only chose a beautiful color combination but also suggested a porch and garage door color that would compliment our windows. The painters did a great job prepping the wood trim, especially our eves that are the original stained wood and the new paint is beautiful. Nick, the carpenter, was a gem! Because our home is old there were difficulties with the jams of the garage door and the a new side garage door. We also needed new from steps and lots of boards replaced on the garage. The front steps are perfect and solid as a rock. He also feathered in some replacement boards on the garage and you cannot find where he patched it up. He did an amazing job making everything fit and work perfectly!

Christopher and his team did an amazing job refinishing/repainting our kitchen and kitchen cabinets. We also used them to rebuild the cabinet box around a new refrigerator. We were extremely happy with how amazing our cabinets looked after they were done. They went the extra mile to fix several blemishes and ensure all of our cabinet doors and hardware were re-installed perfectly level. They have a great carpentry crew that is knowledgeable and detail oriented. We would recommend Painting by Christopher to family and friends.
