Adam is a great pool installer.
Impossible to contact, asked for information on time and price. No response. Website is useless to get an estimate.

This place was reccomended by Poolside in Genesee. I had a liner replaced 2019. Afterwards I noticed the skimmer was installed incorrectly and contacted them. I was told the owner would get back to me. Never heard from them. I called several more times no returned call. I contacted Poolside and was told they would contact them. No help. So this year I tried again....crickets.Also stripped screws on top rails. I would not reccomend their workmanship. Easily took money for less than professional work.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! They do shotty installation and then string you along until you get fed up! Should be sued and out of business!

I was not going to do a review, but now decided too. We needed a pool install around our already there pool deck. No problem right! My husband put in 2 liners in our 30 yrs. of having the pool, and just needed all new pool. This company came out in August to do that, and I dealt with the owner all the time on the phone, but when it was time for work he sent 3 college kids one time and then usually 2 after that. Well when my husband put in our liners we maybe had 3 creases. They added water one day when the pool liner was up and came back 24 hrs. later and discovered the water filled up to quick and had tons of wrinkles and then they discovered it got caught up and tore. They ordered a new liner and proceeded when they could. They meanwhile said to us before liner went in , we need more room to get the liner in. They needed the pool cut a quarter of an inch. So we proceeded to give a quarter of an inch on our composite decking. Then when they installed the second liner they had water in it started and said we need to talk we have a problem. They had so many wrinkes we lost count after 50 and they said to us we really can’t do anything about it. So my husband and I have to live with it. BUT better than that when they put the railings on we noticed huge gaps between the decking and pool. Some areas a inch but most areas 4 inches. Well guess what now we need to figure out how to repair the composite deck so no one falls between the pool and decking. Also when it came to pay the owner was still too busy to give us the bill he had his college student take care of it. When we had trouble with the decking I was on the phone with his help and then they finally had him call me. I told him to come and see what it looked like and he could not even do that. I would not have complained online but later I did find someone in another town that had them do there pool also and they also told them they needed to cut back the deck. I also was very upset with the younger college student because whenever I went outside to question what they were doing and why it looked like it did he would swear at me. I truly mean swear, the F word atleast 6 times. So please beware. The only reason we used him was because all the pool stores we dealt with between my 3 counties, all said this company, but to find out this is the only company in the area that does above ground pools!
