While I always get great service and help at Brinkman's Pool Store (I'm thinking Lea), Hannah's patience and mini-seminars this week have been particularly helpful as we get the pool (and spa) on track. I get enough information to understand what's going on while confident that they have the chemical foundation to coach me on details and implementation. I would not be a happy camper without them. Thanks, guys!

Ordered a water delivery and day of they cant give me an ETA or have the driver call when he is on the way. If you use this water service you must be willing to wait around for half the day.

We had two truckloads of water delivered due to our winter cover, falling in. Great price and great service! Austin was the gentleman who delivered the water and he was fast and very professional! Definitely will use them again!

Brinkmann Fiberglass Pools

We contracted with Brinkmann back in October for a new fiberglass pool. We were very impressed with the customer service, level of care we received, and the overall build process. Jen was great to work with on the design end and Leah has been wonderful with helping us figure out balancing the pool chemicals. Danny is a great service technician who walked us through everything. Brent, their electrician was fantastic. Ken, who is in charge of lawn restoration and fencing, has also been great to work with. We were really surprised at how fast everything moved once the process started, we never would’ve thought we would have a whole summer of enjoying our beautiful pool! The reason for one less star is because of who they subcontract with for concrete. Ganos Concrete was awful from start to finish. If we were to do this again we would keep everything the same but INSIST on using another company for concrete. In my opinion, Ganos was very difficult to work with and came off as very arrogant. The work was overpriced, the finishing was not great and the mess they left was awful. Unfortunately, it seems like Ganos just gets Brinkmann’s business fed to him as when we brought up our concerns with the people at Brinkmann, they told us that this is nothing new and they hear this stuff all the time. This is very disappointing, because we felt that we were well taken care of up to this point. Everything else about Brinkmann Pools is fantastic and I would definitely recommend them.
