Arch Electric was excellent in every regard and you should not hesitate to work with them to do your solar array installation. From the very first call, and every interaction after that, there was nothing they could have done better. Their pricing is very competitive, the initial consultation was informative and low pressure, their crew was professional and expert, and their craftsmanship is wonderful,. My house looks terrific with the panels they recommended. I found them by accident from an online solar estimator, and I'm very glad I did. Everyone I worked with was great without exception, but Stanley in their Madison office, Catherine, who managed the project ,and even Jodi who asked me to actually pay them for everything ? were very personable and friendly. I felt like I had my solar array installed by friends rather than a corporation.
