I have contracted Badger Pools to assist with my public pool. They installed the pool chemical pumps (incorrectly) and I haven't seen them since. Joel (sp?) is supposed to be my "go to guy" and I've contacted him on May 10th, June 12th, July 1st, Aug 15th and Sept 14th asking for him to come and assist. Every time I've spoken with him, he's "too busy" to assist me. "I'm busy setting up pools, contact me after memorial day" "I'm too busy, contact me after 4th of July" "I'm too busy shutting down pools". I would NEVER recommend Joel. His customer service is absolutely terrible for phone support (very condescending and arrogant) and NEVER SHOWS UP for in person support. I'm willing to pay him a million dollars to just come fix the issue he created and nope, he's too busy.... If you need to contract with Badger pools, save yourself the trouble and ask for someone other than JOEL. #frustratedcustomer

Excellent group of guys and gals. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping with maintaining are pool. We had are furnace go out, then the pump (the pump was not common), they found the right pump and got us back up and running and furnace is running great! Thank you Badger Swimpools!
