American Pest Control has done a fantastic job since we started using them in 2020. There rates have not changed. The Service technician always gives advance notice and shows up on time every time. Recommend if you need help keeping the critters out of your house. We live in the country and it is a battle.

I've been customer with the Roberts, WI American Pest Solutions team for over 15 years (wasp nest removal, bats in the attic mitigation, and twice annual spraying for pests)- I've been very happy with their work.

After the very first visit, the rodent and critter problems completely stopped. They call before they come over every month and are so friendly. I highly recommend them!

I moved into a house full of spiders 3 years ago. I have not seen one single spider or bug since I hired American Pest Solutions. Very professional, on time and reasonably priced. Thank you

I called this company as I had been dealing with a red squirrel who was coming in and out of the crawl space above my house. My initial request was for the company to capture or trap the squirrel live and release it elsewhere. When the company representative arrived at my house, I showed him where I saw the squirrel coming in and out. He then stated he needed to do an inspection of the house to see if there were any other entry points for the squirrel. After the inspection, I was told there were 3 other entry points that needed to be repaired. The total for all the work that needed to be done was going to be $1,469, which included the $200 site visit being waived. In the end, I decided that the price was too steep, and it was cheaper for me to just buy some crack filler, an animal trap and cement from my local hardware store. I ended up paying $216.66 (trip fee + tax) for nothing.

The company was responsive to my request. They scheduled within a week. I received clear communication on process, price, and timing. I very happy with this company and the outcome of the service they provided - no more bugs! I also signed up for the bi-annual spray to keep bugs off my check list of things to take care of.
