Called Brad with some issues I was having with washer, dryer and refrigerator. The 5 star rating led me to pick him. Very happy I did. He advised me on the phone that he felt the issues could be easily repaired. He arrived on time and just went at it efficiently and professionally. We got the the root cause of the issues and with that knowledge my appliances will work more efficiently and for many years. He even showed me a few tricks on how to clean the washer strainer. Would say he is the best !
Brad is our go to. Our previous washer to the new one any time we've needed a professional he's amazing! Kind courteous and on time. Highly recommend

Fixed our wash machine right away and it is working like new. Was a lot more affordable than buying a new washer and or used one.

Brad was a pleasure doing business with. Returned my call quickly, was honest upfront about his full schedule, showed up early with a heads up call, and fixed my dryer on the spot. Our washer stopped working within the first week of moving into a new house. Ultimately we had to buy a new washer unit because the parts to repair our broken unit were discontinued, but Brad provided very helpful information that saved us a lot of money in unnecessary charges. Overall he was very responsive to our problem, very professional, and very honest.
I will trust him with any future repairs we might have.

I saw all the 5 star ratings and good reviews. I am so very happy I went with his He called ahead to let me know how long he would be. He did an excellent job. The price was also very reasonable!!

Shortly after moving into my new house, I had an issue with my washing machine not running. Brad was very accommodating and professional in setting and making the appointment to take a look at the washer. He diagnosed the problem quickly, however he noticed another very big problem that he said I would be better off just buying a new washer. I'm grateful for his honesty and his reasonable pricing for coming out to diagnose the problem. I hope I don't have to call him again, but if I do, I'd be happy to hire him for the job!

I have called Brad out twice in the last few weeks, firstly to fix the thermometer in our fridge/freezer, and secondly to fix our dishwasher when it stopped draining. Brad has been absolutely great both times. He even diagnosed the fridge/freezer problem over the phone, which meant that he could buy the right parts before coming out. He's professional, knowledgeable, and both times he's turned up exactly when he said he would. You couldn't ask for better service, and I highly recommend him.

We have known Brad for many years. He is efficient and trustworthy. We have had a few issues with our washer and every time I call Brad he usually is there by the next day. My husband and I work during the day so Brad is willing to come over even if we are not there. We also rely on Brad for my employer. He usually can come by the next day if not immediately. His prices and labor cost are very reasonable.
