These guys are the best, they went above and beyond to make our house comfortable again. They Showed up early and did the work in a timely matter. Zero issues and will recommend them to anyone in the Milwaukee area. Owners is a trust worthy guy and very personable unlike all the other hvac reps I had given quotes. My central air stopped producing cold air this weekend. I swapped out the capacitor (it didn’t change the symptoms) - so I asked my friends for any AC referral, my friend suggested Mike from A1 from her recent positive experience. Mike arrived earlier than his original estimate and promptly took off the AC panel. He quickly found a loose connection which fixed the problem. He did a quick computer diagnostic to verify no other problems and then was on his way. My friend referred me based on her positive experience, now it is my turn to recommend Mike to you. He is efficient at his job and he will treat you like a friend.

Good experience. Had an AC issue and A-1 was the only place that did not quote 150+ just for checking out initial issue. Mike came for free and replaced a capacitor for free (most places charge for 250+, in fact, I had 4 other quotes and 1 place refused to give quote of capacitor without charging to come onsite and evaluate first). Although the unit had much larger issues than a capacitor, it was a great initial experience.
Then installation of new unit was quick. About 3.5 hours total. Friendly customer service and peace of mind knowing I have a new unit installed by a reputable business if any issues would arise moving forward.

The A-1 Milwaukee Heating and Cooling team did a great job installing a new system in my condo. As a first time home owner it was a little overwhelming trying to choose a company to work with but Mike made it easy. He explained every option thoroughly and helped me make the right decision. The team that came in and installed the unit was very professional. They were on time and everything went exactly as explained. Great customer service, highly recommend A-1!

Mike did a great job in installing my elderly Aunt's air conditioning when her old one died. He gave such good service he recognized her need and replaced it in a no time at all. Top of the line Lennox at reasonable cost. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

Mike fixed our AC problem so quickly and was efficient and kind! He gave us great recommendations so we can ensure we don't have continued issues with our AC unit, which was such valuable information during the days when it'll be 90°+ in Wisconsin. He was on time, which is also extremely important, as we all have work schedules and he did not waste any time locating and fixing the problem. He was also very patient with our 8 month old, large Pit Bull puppy! We'll definitely use his services again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you, Mike!

I cannot express how grateful I am for the prompt and professional service I received from A1. Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a scorching summer day, and we were desperate. From the moment I called, their customer service was excellent. They understood the urgency of the situation and dispatched a technician immediately.
The technician arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had our AC up and running in no time. Not only was the service fast, but the technician was also incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. The cost was very reasonable considering it was an emergency call. Great customer service! Had a furnace and air conditioner installed very happy with the work. They beat the competitions price and gave me better equipment!
