Very pricy. I had tech come out and within 5 min it was determined that I need a new washer. It cost me 199.00. The charges were made clear to me on the phone when making the appointment. They cover themselves in that way. Just saying that when knowing that when the appliance is not repairable maybe the policy could be adjusted. My new washer has now cost $199.00 more. I have no complaints with the tech, he is just doing his job. Due to the inflexibility of the charges, I will look elsewhere when needing appliance repair.

Extremely Pricey! My bill was $243, $189 service call for a 20 min drive (because it's "a long drive"). He ran a "diagnostic" told me the wash machine was running fine, made zero repairs. Then tried to empty the lint from the filter down my garbage disposal in the kitchen (Gross and likely to brake the disposal). Left without doing any repairs. When I called this morning to tell him that the machine was still not working correctly, the answering machine message was less than professional or courteous and indicated that it was extremely important that I leave a phone # I would pick up when the call was returned....but the call back was on our landline not the cell phone I left on my message. Was told that they would not be refunding me anything because he drove out and did work. Overall poor, pricey, lack of service, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

I knew ahead of time that our Maytag washer needed bearings and was researching to replace the washer or repair it myself. After watching videos and seeing how difficult it was to replace the bearings myself, I called Appliance Tech-Care Services and made an appointment for them to come to our house. They came in a timely manner and confirmed that the washer did need new bearings. They ordered the parts and he was able to come back sooner then our scheduled appointment. Thank you for the great service and washer is working great!

Never had to work so hard to get someone to repair an appliance. Lady that answered phone did everything she could to talk me out of getting a repair. Never even asked what I was willing to pay or even mentioned the price range the repair would be in. She won, I gave up! Rather than argue with her I just bought a new refrigerator. Glad they are doing so well in their business that they can turn away prospective customers.Thank you for your response Don. I'm sure Marie is a total ray of sunshine. Fun fact: Appliances will eventually stop working for one reason or another. Another fun fact: at some point, your appliance model will have been discontinued and finding parts to repair it can be as painful as stepping on a Lego. So, what can you do? We again called Appliance Tech-Care Services. Yes, I said again. They’ve been out before to fix other problems, and they’ll be out again if something else breaks. Quite honestly, I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else. They promptly returned my phone call to setup an appointment. We had an appointment made for 2 days later. They showed up on time, and had the issue pinpointed in no time at all. The surprise for me…he managed to get a discontinued oven, with discontinued parts up in running in less than an hour! He actually had the spare parts with him! No waiting! Not that it’ll always be that way for every appliance problem, but this experience exceeded my expectations. Anyone knows that when you’re running a business, the best compliments that you can ever receive are repeat business and referrals. I will always be happy to provide both.
