Juan and Peter did a great job updating every single one of the two-pronged receptacles on the main floor of my 1950s house (with no ground wiring...) to GCFI outlets. As someone who works from home and also has a lot of gadgets, I can't stress what a huge convenience and relief this is after living with adapters and sketchy daisy chains of extension cords for months. They also ran wiring for a living room ceiling light and installed an (awesome but uncooperative) ceiling fan. Both were polite, friendly and conscientious about cleaning up after their work. Would hire again.
Anthony went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. It's obvious, the man cares about his business and customers. I think we can all agree we've encountered business owners or employees that don't care, especially in this day and age. I tend to care where I spend my money, and it's always a nice feeling when you work with a business that understands what it means to build relationships instead of tear them down when issues arise. That is even more important when it's something in the trades like this. You can run into a million different snafu's with anything that has to deal with your home. We ran into a few issues with my installation, but he made sure everything was right.

I own a small business in Lake Mills WI. We were working on a flooring project. The homeowner asked me if we could remove a fixed kitchen island. There was an electrical supply run through the island with an outlet on the outside of it. The basement ceiling was finished with drywall and I had no idea where I could disconnect the supply. I called Mr. Electric and he came out almost immediately. The technician fixed my issue very quickly. He even diagnosed and repaired two other non working outlets in the kitchen. The cost was fair and the work was outstanding. I will use them again. I will recommend them to everyone.

Juan and Peter were on time, friendly and very professional. They quickly created my quote and did the work the same day! We’ve had several electricians over the years, but Mr. Electric will get all of our electrical work from now on. We’re very happy with their work.

Dispatch called me the very next morning. Peter and Juan were very nice, attentive, and knowledgeable while fixing my issue. They checked in with me each time before making any big decisions based on how my house is wired. Final price was spot on with my quote.

Juan was the technician from Mr. Electric that completed my home projects. I am delighted with the company and will definitely call them for any further needs. We had a Level 2 EV charger installation. I liked having an initial visit for a consultation and estimate purposes. When the job was done, I appreciated the attention to keeping the work tidy. The charger was able to be hard wired so that charging will be faster and all cords in the garage from the circuit breaker to the disconnect and the charging unit were hidden within the walls.
