The staff we have worked with have been amazing. Friendly, professional, and get the job done!
They have now no call/no showed to scheduled appointments twice. I have called multiple times, been told by the representative that 'a manager will call me to assist further'. I have never received such a call. It seems as though they wanted to get my credit card information on file and have me registered as a 'customer', to make their numbers look good while not actually showing up to provide any service. Terrible impression, zero help. I would never recommend this company.

Great communication! Next or same day service if I need a treatment between the scheduled ones.

We've had an account with Wil-Kil for several years. We now have an invasion of gypsie moth caterpillars and I can't get anyone to come in and take care of the issue. I've called 3 times over a week and a half, I'm told the technician assigned to my area will call me to schedule a visit. Nothing!

Highly recommend! We live in a 3500 sq ft, 125 year old home. We haven't seen any rodents and hardly any insects. Joey, our tech in Beloit, is great!

Wil-Kil is a great company that knows how to listen to their customers. They are prompt and courteous with services. Wil-Kil is very competitive when it comes to pricing. I enjoy Rogers jokes every time he comes.

Wil-Kil was called in to take care of a mouse problem that was out of control. Since they started treating and monitoring the situation, I haven't seen any indication of mice anywhere here for over a year.

If the service is as bad as they drive find a new company. Driver in the photo and truck almost caused a multi-car accident on HWY 12/18. Even smiled for the picture. If you’re in a company car it’s a good idea to abide by traffic laws.
