We have been customers for 24 years. This is the first time that we are not satisfied with the experience. Our 2 new thermostats are not working and are not at all easy to use. We would like to replace them with a more intuitive thermostat. By the way, we ordered them because your service man who was here to do maintenance on our air conditioning system told us that he thought they were the easiest and best. NOT SO!!! The installers couldn't easily hook them up and had to call an electrician to install another wire because they were not compatible with our furnaces. WHAT??? The installers were here an extra 2-3 hours because of this fiasco.
Before I pay the invoice, I want to know that you can mitigate this issue.
The cooling system didn't work at all last night (the new one just installed Friday). I was up all night trying to see if the air temperature was going down as I had programmed it. It wasn't!
The clock on the other thermostat is wrong, so the programming doesn't work with that either, and there is nowhere on the thermostat or in the little booklet that tells you how to change the time.
Please, let me know that you will be here to fix this soon.

We had a major AC melt down during some of the hottest days last month and needed fast and effective solutions. Interstate came through quickly and professionally ASAP. Easy to book service right online. I was impressed that within minutes of booking the appointment Interstate called- very friendly and professional- to confirm the appointment. Casey, our tech texted when he was on the way. I appreciate the friendly business-like interactions, Casey was very informative and nice. I will be booking our fall tuneup with Interstate. Every person I communicated with at Interstate Heating Co. Inc's was extremely professional. From my first phone call to the day of installation, the staff were extremely helpful, the pricing of our new cooling system was fantastic. I highly recommend calling them to see what they can do for you. The service was timely and the service people were very polite. Highly recommend Interstate Heating Co. Inc.

I was able to get an appt. within a day or so regarding water in my basement due to my air conditioner. The sales rep, Eric, was thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. I ordered a new unit and they were able to deliver it within 4 days.

Always get great service from Interstate Heating. Problem assessed, told my repair or replacement options, and get to work on best possible solution with my approval. Hot water fixed. Complete new boiler system to be installed next week. Heated floors will be back on.
