Joe, their repair guy saved us probably $8000. Another pool company had told us we needed to re-run a pool line, and it would cost us an arm and a leg. Turned out the line was just clogged with a pool toy. Cleaned it out and got things running for us. Great service.

Aqua-Fun has outstanding customer service. Called at 10:00 am on the coldest day of the year when our spa decided to stop heating. They quickly diagnosed the problem, brought out all the parts that they may need, and had the spa up and running by 1:00 pm. Fantastic service on a 3+ year old spa that is still under warranty. Thank you.

I had a problem with my hot tub in cold weather and was worried about freezing temperatures. I left a message and Joe called me back within a couple hours and was able to get out to my house on the same day! He was able to replace a faulty pump that was still under warranty in an hour or so and I'm back up and running and will be enjoying the hot tub later this evening. Thanks again Joe!

Aqua-Fun installed our first pool over 25 years ago and when I moved in 2022, I knew they had to install my next one. It was finished late last year and the summer of 2023 was a great year for a pool. The installation and service has been spectacular. Joe calls you back when you have questions and explains what needs to be done. Everyone thinks maintaining a pool is a lot of work but I do all the work myself and nothing is more relaxing than a dip in the pool when it's 85 and sunny. With the new pool, our vacation home is now just a few steps away....... what a perfect stay-cation.

We are very pleased with the work Aqua Fun did replacing our liner and auto cover fabric on our 19 year old in-ground pool. Jim and Joe (in service department) really care about the quality of their work and achieving customer satisfaction! Joe took the time to REALLY explain things to me. Joe and his side kick are skilled and knowledgeable about all things pool related. This is the first time we have used their services even though we were the owners that had the pool built 19 years ago. We will be having all our pool services done by them going forward.
