Jason cook and his team work really hard to solve heating situations we have to deal with steam or water systems they can be tricky at times and they really put their heads together to get situations solved.
I'm very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Jeff is an excellent technician. Very honest and knowledgeable. Quickly found the issue and fixed it temporarily while getting a replacement part.

The men that put in our heat pump were very professional and clean. Their communication with me was amazing and I was very impressed with their problem solving skills as they were installing a new product that they had never installed before. I will definatly use them again

Bethke installed a new air conditioner and did a furnace repair for us in May 2024. Scheduling was easy and prompt, all visits were on time and professional. The crew took pride in the jobs, making certain everything was completed correctly, testing the function of the components, and cleaning up the site before leaving. They explained everything well, and the final charges were consistent with the estimates.

New furnace sale and installation: the installers were prompt, professional and efficient. The office staff were responsive, helpful, and kind. It all adds up to a job well done and an excellent hvac company.

We live in an older home (1917) with radiators. For years we've put huge AC units in three floors to stay cool in the summer. After seeing more MItsubishi units in our neighborhood, we started doing research with ac/heat pump options. After contacting three reliable installers we settled on Bethke. The prices were all similar and the detail that Brian D. did analyzing our home and needs, we came to the conclusion that he knew exactly what was needed to keep us cool in the summer and with the split system warmer in the winter. After a slight delay (weather cold snap,) we settled on an install date. On time and with a crew of three installers they looked over the proposed sites of the indoor units and got to work. Within two days we had everything installed. The detail that they put into this job was fantastic. Rather than running the lines straight up the side of the home creating a visual eyesore, they consulted us and said if we put the lines here they'll parallel the fireplace and be less visible. It took a little more time but the finished product looks great. I woud recommend Bethke to anyone looking for not only this type of system but any heating or cooling needs. Very happy with this company! My heat went out on the weekend. When I called, I was advised that there was an extra fee for off hours. The technician I spoke with was extremely nice and caring. He had me trouble shoot over the phone and since nothing worked, he shared his thoughts on what might be wrong (with an approx. cost to fix it), which gave me a peace of mind (knowing it could be something else, of course). Since it wasn't extremely cold out and I had a place to stay for the weekend, I chose to wait until Monday morning.
Jeff came this morning. He was very nice! He checked the unit and determined it was exactly what his colleague thought (the ignitor needing replacement). It was a simple a fairly inexpensive fix. Less than 40 min later, my furnace was back running and the service/replacement cost very very reasonable!

Very pleased with the service I received from Bethke on a 20+ year old furnace that was not working. The service technician, Mike, was on time and very professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the part needed to make the repair. After making the repair, he confirmed everything was working properly before leaving. Bethke is my go-to for any HVAC needs.

Bethke heating and air conditioning is a wonderful company to work with. They always respond quickly and have available appointments. Their technicians are very nice and helpful, and the customer service is great. I would highly recommend them for any heating or cooling needs.
