The service was great! Starting with Nicole who answered the phone and set up my appointment. She was able to get me scheduled today and very helpful. The guys were actually able to arrive earlier than expected and were very kind and helpful. They took there time and educated me as a new homeowner on the basics of my furnace! So glad to have called them and will definitely have them out again for future needs! Thank you to the crew at RG Heating & AC!
I have used RG for a few years for annual cleaning and inspections of my furnace & A/C units which are over 20 years old. We have also used them to add ductwork in the basement. We have found them to be very responsive, efficient and respectful of our time and our home. I have called around a few times to check out other companies and their pricing but have found RG prices to be competitive. They are great to work with.

I would highly recommend RG Heating & Cooling for all or your HVAC needs. They have a highly knowledgeable team of true professionals. We recently found ourselves in a tough situation where our AC went out at our new home unexpectedly before moving. We reached out after hours for help and received high quality support immediately. They were able to quickly help us diagnosis a few things via pictures then came out the very next day for a visit. They were able to quickly get all of the proper equipment ordered for us and come through with an install date lined up soon thereafter. The install went very smoothly and they even moved a plant for us so the new unit wouldn’t block the view of one of our new windows. They communicated thoroughly through the whole process and helped us out tremendously. We are very happy we worked with RG and appreciate all of the help they provided.

Highly recommend RG! Their website was so easy to use and very convenient to contact them through. They were so quick to reply to our inquiry for our A/C unit on and get us on their schedule the next day. The tech was very kind and had our issue fixed within 30 mins! So thankful!

RG heating by far was the best experience I’ve had with HVAC services. This time they installed a mini split and it is perfect. The installer Jake was very courteous and efficient. Andrew, who provided the quote for the service was also very helpful. He accepted many calls from me and was happy to help. Will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I highly recommend RG Heating and Air Conditioning. Every employee was friendly, flexible and quick to respond to all questions—even after hours. They offered several options for my new central AC unit at very competitive prices and were able to install the unit within 48 hours of initial contact. Don’t hesitate—just hire them!

We had a quick response when we reached out on a Saturday night. Devin was here promptly Monday morning. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My air conditioner is working great now! Very fast service and affordable. Would absolutely recommend the company!

The tech. Arrived early, was very personable, friendly, and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had the part in the van. I was very impressed with the affordable price for the service and parts. We will definitely be using RG for our maintenance and repairs going forward!

The service was timely and excellent. The Tech (his name was Camden - request if possible) was very nice and extremely helpful answer all our questions. Super affordable and the level of customer service was the best we’ve ever experienced. 10 out of 10 could recommend.
We signed up for there annual service program! Highly recommend!
