3rd Gen was great to work with for repainting our front door and shutters! Fast response for an in-person quote and were able to get me on their schedule when I wanted. Pablo worked quickly, cleanly and thoroughly - not a single flaw in the paint job anywhere, and I don't know how he works so fast at such a high quality level! I appreciated Brian coming out to check the work the next day too, shows that they really care about quality and customer happiness. Highly recommend!
Big reveal of our new 3-season porch yesterday was a hit! Thank you to Matt, Autumn, Juan & Gage of 3rd Generation Deck Builders! We love our addition and it makes family gatherings so much easier! 14’x14’ space is the same footprint as our deck was but weather friendly.
Working with them was so easy and fun. We highly recommend them for your next project.

Hired 3rd Gen to remove old rotted cedar railing around existing deck and staircase and replace with an aluminum railing. Communication was responsive, timely, and helpful from initial quote meeting to final day of work. WaTou and Brian were great. They were here by 8am each day each day and worked very hard -- even in the extreme heat. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and creative with solving a few unexpected things that came up. Would hire again.

We hired 3rd Generation Painting and Remodeling to rebuild our small deck, and our experience working with them was fantastic! Everyone responded to us quickly, took the time to answer our questions, and addressed any concerns we had. The crew, Salvatore and Gabe, did excellent work and paid attention to every detail. We will definitely hire 3rd Gen again!

Everyone at 3rd Gen was fantastic to work with. Alex met with me multiple times to plan out my project and offer suggestions on how to maximize my value per dollar spent. When it came time to build, WaTou and Brian were professional and very efficient. The finished product was wonderful. Finally, Matt kept in close contact throughout the build process so I knew what to expect. He even went above and beyond to honor a verbal “no surprise costs” conversation I had early on in the process when we hit a wrinkle with a material supplier. I’d recommend 3rd Gen to anyone who wants their project done with high quality and professionalism.

We just finished having our deck rebuilt by 3rd Gen remodeling. They did an excellent job! Besides the excellent quality of their work, their communication was outstanding from the beginning of the process with their sales person, Alex, to the end. If I ever called with a question, they always got right back to me. The two guys that built our deck, Alton and Salvatore, were friendly and professional, and they did excellent work. Their attention to detail was outstanding! They did a few extra little things that weren’t in the original design that made the deck look very finished. We are very happy with the final deck The foreman Matt was great, and we would highly recommend 3rd Gen to anyone else who needs a deck. Thanks for a really good job guys!
