RHD was the plumber my builder unfortunately chose for my new home build. Their work had two major failures. First, they installed a gas water heater even though I paid almost $2K more for a hybrid electric water heater. They charged me $500 for an additional gas line even though it wasn't needed, because the gas line not used by the water heater could have been repurposed for the kitchen. The major issue was that their plumber threw the drain to the kitchen sink out and tried to use a strainer and plunger that they typically use. The drain was in the box when both I & Wisconsin Granite saw it. It's highly unlikely anyone would open the box to steal a drain. Even if that had happened, it took their plumber 16 days to figure out the right parts, even though the parts were in Iowa, always in stock and could always be received here the next day. I even hired a 2nd plumbing firms, all props to Lukas at Kegonsa Plumbing, who was able to coach the plumber into finally ordering the right parts. Their plumbers failure to figure out the kitchen sink drain on a timely basis, along with throwing out the drain, caused us to fail to get an occupancy permit. With less than 24 hours notice, I had to put all of my belongings into 2 Uhauls and my family + pets into a Residence Inn. It was a long 12 days their waiting for daily updates from the builder, usually outlining how the RHD plumber had failed yet again. This debacle cost me $3700. RHD's response to my family's trauma and personal upheaval was ridiculous. "We pride ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction." Really? Was your plan that after $3700 in out of pocket expenses and a mad rush to move my family into a hotel at the last minute, that I'd be 100% satisified? Because I'm not and that response is almost as offensive as your shoddy work. After my first review, they clearly incentivized a slew of customers to post positive reviews at a higher rate than ever seen in their company history, to try and mute me by pushing me dowen. I'll keep refereshing it so that my review is near the top, and if this keeps up, I will consider having the other parties affected by RHD's plumber poor & untimely service on a kitchen drain & water heater.

Needed a new outside anti-siphon wall faucet installed and I contacted RHD Plumbing & Remodeling to do the job. Very polite personnel for the scheduling process and they were able to accommodate me within 2 days for a non-emergency. Craig arrived on time and completed the task, plus I asked if he would be able to install a shutoff valve for me in the utility room. He said “absolutely, no problem” and within 15 minutes or so everything was completed. They are definitely on my list for preferred plumbers. Thanks again Craig and RHD!!

RHD is my “go to” now. They are available for multiple different jobs. I had them fix a disposal, a hot water heater and outside water faucets and a full bathroom remodel. Lori was super accommodating with the emergency water heater situation. she was able to get someone out to our house in a very short time frame to get it switched out. The service guys are always prompt and professional. I know I can count on them to help us out.

We were very impressed with Craig, who did all the work at our house during several sessions. His work was highly professional, efficient, clean, and organized. This left us very comfortable with the plumbing changes required for our project. After his first visit we requested that he come back for the rest of the work. You have a great employee. Jan and Chick Hawkins We needed plumbing services again this year (2024) for replacing toilets. We requested Craig and again he did an excellent, efficient, and thorough job. We highly recommend him and RHD Plumbing. The staff there was very good to work with, very responsive to our needs. Jan and Chick Hawkins

Our company, Wynne Realty, has found RHD to be very customer service oriented and helpful. They assisted us just recently with a toilet repair in one of our properties during a crazy snowstorm late on a Friday afternoon. Excellent response times, highly recommend!

RHD plumbing did a nice job for me. I had a broken faucet on my basement utility sink. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days of my call. The plumber arrived on time. He was polite, explained what he needed to do to replace the faucet. He worked quickly, and didn’t leave any mess. The faucet works great, and doesn’t leak. The price for the repair was reasonable for the job. I would use RHD again.

Our remodeled en-suite bath is exactly what I was envisioning. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed the process of choosing tile, fixtures, and configuration with an additional set of eyes on each part of the project. The tile work and installation of a new vanity, mirrored medicine cabinet, shower and plumbing fixtures opened up the space and is pleasing to the eye. I can heartily recommend working with the RHD Turnkey team. They did a great job!
